Are your urns of good quality?
Our urns are handmade by artisans who specialize in old-world Indian metal handicraft techniques. All engravings and paintings are done by hands. Our urns are made of solid metal and we guarantee that they will last for generations. Our urns will grab you the moment you see them.
How are your urns so affordable?
If you had shopped around for cremation urns, you would be surprised by our low-prices compared to funeral homes or other urn sellers. We work directly with artisan studios and have optimized our business structure to suit online market. As a result, we are able to offer high-quality products and services at low-prices.
What size urn do I need?
Generally, 1 pound of a body weight will yield about 1 cubic inches (or 1 tablespoon) of cremated ashes. If you want to store one person's entire cremated ashes, please purchase one of our adult cremation urns, which can store up to 200 cubic inches of ashes. If you want to store a small amount ashes, please purchase one of our small keepsake urns, which can store up to 3 cubic inches of ashes.

Do you offer engraving services?
Currently, we do not offer engraving services in order to maintain low-prices and free-return policy. We are working towards offering engraving services in the near future. We apologize about the inconvenience.

Can your adult cremation urn be engraved?
Yes, all our adult cremation urns are made of solid metal and they can be engraved from a third party service provider. Please see our Personalize Your Urns page for detail.
Can your small keepsake urns be engraved?
Yes, all our small keepsake urns are made of solid metal and can be engraved from a third party service provider. Please note that the small keepsake urns' engraving surfaces are limited and might not fit as many characters compared to adult cremation urns. Please see our Personalize Your Urns page for detail.
Will funeral homes accept your urns?
Please consult your funeral homes before purchasing our urns. In most cases, professional funeral homes will work with your own cremation urns.
Will my urn pass the TSA Airport Security Checkpoint?
Please note all our urns are made of solid metal. TSA states that metal cremation urns might not pass through the checkpoint because it will not allow X-ray to scan its contents. We suggest transporting your cremated ashes in a temporary container made of a material X-ray can clearly scan, such as plastic, cardboard, cloth or wood. You can bring your permanent metal cremation urn empty and unsealed to the TSA checkpoint for inspection. Please see TSA Cremated Remains page for detail. Furthermore, some airlines do not allow cremated remains in checked bags. Please contact your airline for possible restrictions.

Can I return my purchases?

How do I receive your free coloring pages?
First, you need to join our email list. A few moments after you join our email list, you will receive by email a webpage link. The webpage will include 5 free coloring pages we created for you. You can print them and color them as you please to create your one and only tributes.
Can I distribute or sell your coloring pages?
Adera Dreams Memorials Inc. holds copyrights to all our coloring pages. All our coloring pages are free for our customers to enjoy. However, all uses are strictly restricted to personal uses only. You cannot not distribute, sell, or use our coloring pages for any commercial purposes.
